Palatine 1.02 Soundbank updated with bonus for Nanostudio - released + links
Hi to all on Nanotsudio forums.
I'm Setfan (Xavier Bottet) I'm a Nanostudio user. I've released previously soundbanks for previous VST effects and instruments for other companies, long time ago. I wanted to share with you that I'm close to release my brand new Soundbank for Nanostudio.
64 presets for EDEN, varying between pads, bass, keys, leads, FX, drones. Presets mainly use oscilators but some use samples.
5 full kits for TRG.
Genre is between Electronic musics / Cinematics. Here is a first preview posted on Soundcloud.
If anyone is interested on doing an audio demo with the bank, I would offer the current soundbank for free. As long as I can get the audio demo to post on my website, also, on air since last week. Credits and links will be given on my website too. The track might be posted also on Soundcloud.
Hope you'll enjoy, comments are really welcome.
can't wait for your soundbank...
Thanks for your comment. Still hard at work, things are moving on really well. The trailer is moving on. A second audio demo is on its way and will be released when ready.
Here is a comment I received from a sound designer doing a demo. I'm really proud to share with you such comments:
"My first impression is that you have obviously put a lot of time into this. I am particularly impressed with the modulation effects - LFOs, filters, wobbles, etc. I'm feeling something grime-y, techno-y, atmospheric-y, coming on."
Nanostudio is a really great sound machine :) Let's give some new cool sounds to it.
Thanks again Matt for the hard work you spent on such app and software.
Cheers to all,
Wow. Those sounds are fantastic. Great little song too.
And for everyone's eyes :) Here is the official trailer:
Stay tuned for more to come and more details about the official release!
Fantastic. These are right up my alley.
Great sounds! I look forward to getting the bank when it is released.
Hi dear Nanostudio users,
Here it is. It's finally released and here is the link to the third audio demo moving in other sound genres using Palatine Soundbank mixed with uke samples. The track was made in collaboration with Jim Hanks an another Nanostudio user, who really enjoy the soundbank. :)
The link to my website to get the soundbank. If you share the news, you'll get a discount :+)
congrats @setfan. Will buy it this weekend.
I encourage all NS users to pick up this soundbank. Less than $3 for lots of great Eden sounds and several new TRG banks. If you want to hear some more, here's the rest of my demo that I submitted to Setfan. But I can't blame him for trimming it down. It's still kinda rough around the edges. ;-)
Thanks at all for your congrats and keep doing great and new tracks with Palatine in your sonic weapons :)
Hi to all,
The soundbank has been updated to 1.01, here are details about the update.
- 6 NSP files instead of the 3 original NSP files with + 3 Empty tracks made from demos to be used as templates.
- Each TRG Kits from the three demos has been exported to be uploaded to your device and used outside the templates so it's 14 TRG kits made from the 4 original kits. Many are simple duplicates.
More to come later.
Palatine - update 1.02
Hi fellow Palatine users and Nanostudio addicts :)
Palatine Soundbank has been updated to offer 1 bonus NSP file:
+5 Eden Synth presets
+1 new TRG Kit with 8 "127 bpm" samples (FX and risers) + 8 beats loop at 172 BPM teasing the upcoming new soundbank evolving around a 172 BPM vibe. They were produced using Kits available in this next pack. Stay tuned for more details.
Awesome! Thanks for keeping up the good work.
I really like that I can use the kits and presets out of the template.
Thanks Spiritos for the comment. A quick message to tell that each Palatine users will get a discount price on my next soundbank soon to be released and which will offer plenty of fun stuff to enjoy in a wide pannel of styles.
...And for all hesitating future new users, Palatine price is reduced by 50% for the labor day WE, grab it before monday.
Have a nice week-end.
So worth it. Really great work. I need to step up my eden programming!
I just bought it and i hate to say that these soundest is not the best deal i made. If you like these distorted sounds for drum&bass music, it might be great. But the soundest is not advertised for this genre but for "ELECTRONIC MUSIC IN VARIOUS STYLES". And so i feel a bit tricked.
I also bought the basic sounds from app-sound.com and this set is much more balanced.
This is just my point of view.
Certainly a valid point of view. A better description could have prevented your regret, but I think they offered a link to Sound Cloud demos, if I recall. Or maybe they were on their website. Even if you didn't check those out, no matter what else, the sound set is a bargain compared to the ROM banks I used to buy back in the 90's. Perhaps this is a good chance for you to tweak the Palatine bank into something you like better. Maybe post some of your experience with that here on the forum. I'd like to see more discussion of preset tweaking/creation here....
