Upgrading to 4.3.3 still no interaction between ipod touch 3 and synthstation25
I hope it will works one day.. I spent few hours updating to IOS 4.3.3 and when I retry the synthstation25 with nanostudio, there is still no interaction between the synth and the Nanostudio app. In midi settings I can see USB CoreMIdi active but if I play on the keyboard = no sounds at all . When I plug the ipod into the synthstation dock ,the sound stop going out the ipod after 3-4 seconds and then go thru the synthstation's headphone jack but only if i play directly on the ipod screen. Same thing with the new synthstation app (version 2.0) ???
Please help if you can

It never works before. I've tried with another Ipod touch 3 IOS version 3.13 and it works right away. It is a little bit frustating. I plan to buy a used ipod on 3.13 just for my synthstation25. Any suggestions ?
This sounds similar to a problem I have with an iPod Touch 2G. No matter what iOS version or app it runs, it will not recognise the SynthStation as a MIDI input device when it is plugged in (but the audio is correctly diverted to the SynthStation). I have an iPhone 3GS and an iPod Touch 4G which work fine with the same SynthStation. I think that the audio output is handled by a different mechanism to the MIDI, so this explains why one can work while the other does not. As to why the MIDI does not work with this device, I've put it down to a problem with the connector on the affected iPod Touch, or something similar.
Midi works fine with Logic Audio or Protools for example. The only bug is : No interaction between the SYnthstation keybaord and the Nanostudio, app or Synthstation app?
Just bought another ipod 3g with 3.1.3 and everything works perfectly -thanks you for your explanations and interest to my cause!

Was this working before you upgraded iOS, and if so, what version was it on previously?
