Try iphone explorer. It helps you access most of the iphone's files. I've never used it though.

Go to the "Connect to a Network" screen, detach from your current network, choose "Set Up a connection or Network", and then choose "Set up a wireless adhoc (computer to computer) network". When the screen comes up, give your network a simple name and set the security protocol to "No Authentication (Open)". This will set up a wireless network. Connect your iPhone to that wifi network and try sharing.

As fanbullet says, if your computer has WiFi hardware then you can set up an adhoc network. There's a Microsoft guide here:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Set-up-a-computer-to-co...

This should work OK but often Adhoc networks have problems with automatically searching for your device by name and you may have to enter your device's IP address into NanoSync manually.

iPhone Explorer is also another alternative for file transfer over USB. You will need to make sure that any wav files you transfer are 16 bit though, because NanoStudio can't handle other formats and NanoSync normally performs any conversions to 16 bit during file transfer.
