Bug found

Hi! I just played around with the OSX version of your app and I found a little bug (I don't know if it's present in the iphone app):
The reverb send for the 3rd Eden does not work properly, it always act as if it was set to 1, even if it's on 0.
By the way, from reading your spec it seems you use WiFi to export/import wav files from/to iphone. Do you know since SDK 3.2 there's a option to tick in the info.plist file to allow access to the app's Documents folder into itunes? That would be way more faster and convenient than wifi for user having OS3.2 or later (previous OS could still use wifi to not break compatibility).
That was my 2cts ;-)

It could be due to the preset you're currently using and particularly how the patchbay is set up. For example, if some other modulation source (XY controller or performance knob) is set to control the reverb send and has already wound it up to max, other controls won't be able reduce it.
Can you remember what preset the synth's using? I'll test it out at my end.
iTunes file sharing - I think it's only OS3.2 (iPad) or iOS4. So it would be necessary to develop, support and maintain two independent methods for those users who can't/won't update. Additionally, it only supports transfers to the root folder so work is needed on zipping up more complex file structures and unzipping them into the correct place at the other end. Once it matures a bit more and enough users can migrate to the newer OS, it might be worthy of consideration.
I'd love to move away from WiFi but it's probably the method that covers the most users, for better or worse!
