a quick try out only, so far tho
Be great if it was developed a little more so it accepts midi keyboard input- or qwerty keys (or does it?- i didnt try, just assuming not)
and could go full screen... It would be a great little studio program in itself then.
I do some work with teens with problems/in rehab- doing music stuff, i show them 'reaper' but its a bit complicated
for all but the really keen ones to keep working on themselves.. something like this might be good for them to get into.

b.t.w.-the app is super so far...great work!!

The Mac/PC version really started out as a demo for the iPhone app but I can see this would be useful. The PC version does actually have MIDI support in but it's not enabled on the released version because it's a bit hacked in.

I hadn't really thought about educational use but you're totally right, it could be exactly the right scale.

Doing a fullscreen version would be a lot of work (pretty well a full UI redesign) but when the iPad version comes out, they'll be a PC version to match which will be over twice the size of the current version. I'll put the QWERTY/MIDI support on the 'to do' list, but no promises on timescale unfortunately!
